Colorado’s Preferred Commercial Roofing Contractor

Denver Commercial Roofing Experts

Replacing roofs on churches, offices, restaurants and other commercial buildings can be a very different process than replacing a roof on a home.

Every business has unique roofing needs. Some commercial buildings have low-sloped roofs while others have steep roofs. Each roofing type presents a new challenge. Operating a business is already challenging enough without having to worry about the condition of the roof.

We can help you replace and/or repair your roof so that nothing in the building’s interior ends up damaged.

We specialize in all types of residential roofing replacements and repairs, including (but not limited to):

We Can Help Make Your Roof Beautiful Again

Here are some of the commercial Roof Types we work with:

EPDM Roofs

(Ethylene propylene diene monomer) most commonly used in single-ply roofing because it is fast, simple and reliable. There are three installation methods: ballasted, mechanically attached, and fully adhered.

Modified Bitumen Roofs

Modified bitumen is an asphalt-based roofing system reinforced with either polyester or fiberglass. It provides excellent resistance to foot traffic, punctures, and tears.

Built-up roof

Built-up roof (BUR) systems consist of multiple plies of felts, fabrics, or mats that are laminated together with bitumen, either asphalt or coal tar pitch. It meets a broad range of waterproofing applications and is highly resistant to punctures and weathering.

Metal Roofs

Metal can be used for pitched roofs and flat roofs. Flat or low-slope roofs can be covered with steel, aluminum, zinc, or copper. Metal can feel like an expensive option in the short term, but the superior durability and low maintenance of metal roofs typically saves money in the long term.

Coated Roof

Coated roof systems provide a highly reflective surface that may lower roof surface temperature, decrease indoor cooling costs, and ultimately, reduce overall expenditures. Once applied, coatings form a seamless, watertight seal over the entire roof.

Thermoplastic Roof System

TPO material seams are three to four times stronger than EPDM roofing systems. TPO doesn’t degrade under UV radiation. Using white TPO roofing material also helps to keep solar radiation off of the building (which saves money).

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Once work starts, completing a residential roofing project will vary slightly based on the size and complexity of the project. Most houses take between 1-3 days to re-roof. Keep in mind if we are also doing gutters or other side projects, those will most likely get done on a separate day outside of the 1-3 day project. Weather plays a factor in Colorado so if there is inclement weather, we will work around it to find a safe day to commence your project.

Factors that play into your assessment should include but not limited to; age of the roof, type of roof and average wear and tear and life expectancy, another sign is brown spots on your ceiling which indicated water damage, if you are getting water into your attic or living areas, call immediately as these problems can be very serious and need to be addressed immediately. In Colorado, we experience frequent hail storms and high wind storms, if you have experienced one of these and if you notice your neighbors getting new roofs in your area, it would be wise to call us for a FREE inspection to give you an honest assessment of your roof condition.

Sometimes we can do a small repair to replace some missing shingles or an area that has received excessive wear and tear. Different cities in Colorado have different codes and requirements to replace/repair roofs. In some places you are able to do a repair of up to 100 SQ feet 10x 10 foot area, above this, you are required to replace the whole roof. In other cities this requirement is not enforced. Another factor is the type of shingles you currently have, if you have shingles that are no longer manufactured or available, a full roof replacement may be necessary. Our experts can give you a FREE inspection and tell you where you stand in this regard and according to your cities codes/requirements.

This question depends on many factors including the complexity of your project such as steepness and different roofing elevations and the cost and quality of the materials used. Call us today and we will assess your property and provide you with a FREE estimate.

We do work in many other categories besides roofing (like painting, windows, gutters, and more), so we may be able to help you with your other projects ourselves. If we don’t do it, we have relationships with many other local contractors, and would be happy to make an effort to assist you if possible.
